Project managers from all industries and practitioners of all project management methodologies are welcome. The objective of this full-day Open Space event is to provide project managers a self-organizing format to discuss the changes in the project management field, to share tricks of the trade, and to get input on the challenges facing project managers in today's rapidly evolving business environment. The event will be facilitated by Ainsley Nies.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Parking is available; BART and Muni accessible.

ABOUT AINSLEY
Ainsley Nies, PMP and CSM, consults with groups and organizations that want to perform at their highest level. Ainsley’s work is focused on the development of environments for learning and continuous improvement, primarily through the use of retrospectives, chartering, Open Space Technology and other inquiry and inspect and adapt processes. Ainsley’s clients learn to appreciate the human aspects of project work, and how to leverage that knowledge for project success. Ainsley also provides individual coaching through Personal Retrospective workshops and one-on-one sessions. She is currently Board President, Computer Technologies Program, Board President, Pacifica Chapter of the American Association of University Women, a PMI Agile Community of Practice Steering Committee member, and a Bay Area Agile Project Leadership Network Coordinating Committee member.
Cancellation and No-Show policy
If you have made a reservation and find that you will be unable to attend please send an email to [masked] and cancel as early as possible. All cancellations are subject to a minimum $30 fee if done at least 5 days before the event. Cancellations after (date) are subject to the full charge to ensure the Chapter does not incur excessive expenses.
